These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”, “user”, “End User”), and Alytica (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Alytica mobile application, its accompanying Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, our backend services, and any related media channels, software, or websites (collectively, the “Application” or the “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Application, and you must cease use and delete it from your device immediately.
Alytica is a widget-based analytics tracking application currently available exclusively for the Apple iOS operating system. The Service relies upon authentication and data structures provided by third-party platforms, specifically including, but not limited to, the Roblox OAuth service and the Discord Login API. You acknowledge that your ability to use the Application is contingent upon your continued compliance with both these Terms and the respective terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect to the Service.
The Service is intended solely for users who are at least thirteen (13) years of age. By accessing or using Alytica, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 13 years of age.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18 years of age), your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf before your use of the Application.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You are not barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the United States, Australia, or any other applicable jurisdiction.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms within the Application interface. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Application after the date any revised Terms are posted will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to, the modifications.
Alytica is a specialized analytics compilation application designed exclusively for the Apple iOS platform. The primary utility of the Application is to aggregate, format, and display public or permitted platform metrics via native iOS system architectures, including but not limited to Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets, StandBy mode interfaces, and interactive in-app dashboards (collectively, the "Widgets"). The Service functions as a conduit for data retrieved from external platforms via official Developer Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Specifically, Alytica utilizes:
Roblox Open Cloud and OAuth APIs: To retrieve permitted public and account-specific virtual experience metrics, game tracking statistics, and profile indicators.
Discord API: To verify user configuration contexts, fetch basic profile representations, and facilitate user authentication.
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that Alytica is an aggregation tool. The availability, precision, completeness, and update frequency of the metrics displayed within the Widgets are fundamentally dependent on the uptime, rate limits, data accuracy, and structural policies maintained by Roblox Corporation and Discord Inc. We reserve the right to establish distinct tiers of access to the Service. This includes maintaining a Free Tier with core widget options and introducing an upgraded Premium/Pro Tier. We retain absolute discretion to modify, restrict, reallocate, or remove features, update intervals, maximum widget counts, and graphical components between access tiers at any time without prior liability to you. The structural framework of the Application is subject to continuous change. We reserve the right to roll out updates, patch security infrastructure, modify the cosmetic layout of Widgets, or alter backend data processing methods at any time. You acknowledge that such modifications may temporarily disrupt or reset active Widgets, necessitate a re-authentication via Discord or Roblox OAuth, or require you to manual refresh components within your iOS settings. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free rendering of any analytic metric.
To deliver personalized and automated analytic data directly to your iOS Widgets, the Application utilizes decentralized authentication mechanisms provided by external ecosystem operators. Alytica does not implement an independent username-and-password registration system. Instead, identity verification and permission granting are handled exclusively through:
Sign-In with Discord: Utilizing the Discord OAuth2 protocol to authenticate your identity, establish a local session context, and read permitted account attributes.
Roblox OAuth: Utilizing the Roblox OAuth 2.0 framework to authorize the Application to securely request, cache, and display metrics associated with your Roblox developer assets, experiences, or account profile.
Because Alytica interfaces exclusively with external authentication vectors, you maintain sole responsibility for preserving the security, confidentiality, and access controls of your underlying Discord and Roblox accounts. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
Alytica never requests, observes, intercepts, transmits, or stores your primary passwords for either Discord or Roblox.
Any unauthorized access, data breach, or compromise occurring on your Discord or Roblox accounts is strictly outside the control of Alytica.
You are entirely responsible for all actions, API usage metrics, and behaviors initiated through the Application under your authenticated session token.
Upon successful OAuth authorization, the Application receives cryptographically secure, short-lived access tokens and refresh tokens. These tokens are stored securely on your iOS device using native Apple secure storage protocols (such as the iOS Keychain) and are transmitted to our backend infrastructure solely to execute authorized API calls on your behalf. Alytica reserves the right to automatically invalidate, flush, or expire active authentication sessions that exhibit prolonged inactivity, anomalous request patterns, or token corruption. You maintain complete, real-time control over the permissions granted to the Application. You may completely sever Alytica's access to your third-party account data at any moment by navigating to the security settings of the respective platforms:
For Roblox: Revoke app permissions under your Roblox Account Settings via the "Authorized Apps" menu.
For Discord: Revoke app permissions under your Discord User Settings via the "Authorized Apps" menu.
For Alytica: Unlinking your connections under "Linked accounts" removes any OAuth authorization and data linked to it.
You acknowledge that revoking these permissions will immediately break backend synchronization pipelines, causing all active iOS Widgets to cease updating and display an authentication error state until re-authorization occurs.
Alytica operates under a strict data minimization framework. The Application requests access only to the explicit, narrow scopes of data necessary to construct, calculate, and display your analytics within the iOS Widgets. We do not solicit, parse, or hold data unrelated to the tracking functionalities explicitly enabled by you. You acknowledge that Roblox Corporation implements localized privacy mechanisms, including the utilization of Scoped User Identifiers (Scoped User IDs).
In accordance with Roblox platform policies, Alytica utilizes Scoped User IDs to recognize your account context across authorized applications and individual experiences.
Alytica does not bypass, reverse-engineer, or attempt to unify Scoped User IDs into a singular Global User ID, nor do we employ cross-game fingerprinting, device signals, or unauthorized account-linking tracking methodologies to trace your activity without your explicit, platform-level consent.
To preserve the absolute integrity of our developer access keys and protect user ecosystems, Alytica provides the following strict, legally binding guarantees regarding all data retrieved via the Roblox Open Cloud, Roblox OAuth, and Discord APIs:
No Commercialization or Sale of Data: Alytica will never sell, rent, lease, sub-license, trade, redistribute, or monetize data or personal information obtained via third-party APIs to any third-party data broker, advertiser, or external entity.
Prohibition on User Profiling: Alytica is strictly analytical, not behavioral. We are explicitly prohibited from—and do not engage in—building psychological, demographic, behavioral, or advertising profiles of Roblox or Discord users, regardless of where the metric or data attribute is sourced.
Absolute Ban on Artificial Intelligence and LLM Training: No data or metadata ingested via third-party APIs will ever be processed, stored, aggregated, or utilized, directly or indirectly, for the training, fine-tuning, evaluation, or ingestion of Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, or artificial intelligence systems.
Data fetched from Discord and Roblox is cached locally on your iOS device or temporarily on our backend infrastructure solely to facilitate the rendering optimization of your Widgets and prevent API rate-limit exhaustion.
This data is kept strictly on a transient basis.
If Alytica loses API connectivity, has its developer access keys revoked, or permanently terminates its direct business relationship with either Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc., all cached user data, session metrics, and identifiers sourced from those respective APIs will be immediately and permanently expunged from our backend pipelines.
You agree to use the Application, its Widgets, and its backend architecture strictly for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from engaging in any activity that compromises the security, availability, or integrity of the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Reverse Engineering: Copying, decompiling, disassembling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, or infrastructure of Alytica or its API communication layers.
Automated Scraping and Data Extraction: Using bots, spiders, scripts, scrapers, or any other automated software or manual processes to extract data, content, or system architecture from Alytica's backend servers.
API Exploitation and Rate-Limit Abuse: Manipulating, spoofing, or forcing requests to our backend servers to deliberately trigger rapid widget refreshes or bypass platform-imposed rate-limits, which could risk the suspension of Alytica's developer access keys with Roblox or Discord.
Circumvention of Security Measures: Bypassing, modifying, defeating, or tampering with any security tokens, encryption, authentication protocols, or digital rights management systems embedded within the Application.
Alytica acts as an intermediary tool interacting with distinct digital environments. While using the Service, you must comply with all terms, community standards, and policies of the platforms you connect. Any violation of the Roblox Terms of Use, Roblox Community Standards, Discord Terms of Service, or Discord Community Guidelines while interacting with Alytica constitutes a direct violation of these Terms. We reserve the right, without prior notice and at our absolute discretion, to investigate and take legal or technical action against anyone who violates this section. Enforcement measures include:
Immediately terminating, suspending, or blocking your active session context within the Application.
Blacklisting your specific Discord or Roblox Scoped User IDs from communicating with our backend infrastructure.
Reporting malicious activities, API abuse, or security breaches directly to Apple, Discord Inc., Roblox Corporation, or relevant law enforcement agencies.
Alytica may offer certain features, advanced widgets, or enhanced data refresh rates on a subscription basis (“Premium Services”).
Payment Authorization: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate unless auto-renew is turned off at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the current period.
You maintain complete control over your active subscriptions. You acknowledge that deleting the Application from your iOS device does not automatically cancel or terminate your subscription. You must manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal manually at any time by navigating to your Apple ID Account Settings on your iOS device after purchase. All transactions, purchases, and subscription charges are processed securely and exclusively through Apple’s App Store in-app purchase architecture. Consequently:
Any requests for refunds, billing adjustments, or payment disputes must be submitted directly to Apple via their official support channels (e.g., reportaproblem.apple.com). Alytica cannot directly issue refunds or reverse charges handled by Apple.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for the Premium Services at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance via the Application or App Store interface and will apply to the next subscription renewal cycle.
You and Alytica acknowledge and agree that these Terms are concluded solely between you and Alytica, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Alytica, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application, its backend systems, its Widgets, and the content contained therein. To the extent these Terms provide for usage rules for the Application that are less restrictive than or in conflict with the Usage Rules set forth for the Application in the Apple Media Services Terms of Service, the more restrictive or conflicting Apple term shall govern. The license granted to you for the Application is limited to a non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Alytica on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms of Service. This includes permission to stream or access the Application via Family Sharing or volume purchasing architectures where applicable. Alytica is solely responsible for providing any maintenance, technical support, and operational troubleshooting for the Application and its Widgets. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to Alytica. Alytica is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of Alytica to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of Alytica.
You and Alytica acknowledge that Alytica, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims brought by you or any third party relating to the Application or your possession and/or use of the Application, including, but not limited to:
Product liability claims;
Any claim that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and
Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
You and Alytica acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Application or your possession and use of the Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Alytica, and not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim. You represent and warrant that:
You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and
You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You and Alytica acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
Alytica is developed, hosted, and operated as an entirely independent analytics visualization tool. It is not an official product of, nor is it endorsed, sponsored, authorized, or legally affiliated with any of the third-party platforms from which it retrieves metrics or interfaces via OAuth protocols. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that Alytica is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
The terms "Roblox", "Roblox Open Cloud", "Roblox Studio", and any associated graphical assets, badges, icons, or logos are registered trademarks of Roblox Corporation in the United States and other jurisdictions.
Any reference to specific Roblox experience metrics, virtual group identities, or asset configurations within the Application or its Widgets is strictly for historical tracking and display optimization purposes on behalf of the authenticated user.
You explicitly acknowledge and agree that Alytica is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc.
The terms "Discord", "Discord Nitro", and any associated graphical symbols, brand colors, or logos are registered trademarks of Discord Inc.
The display of Discord account names, server identifiers, or profile avatars inside the Application or its Widgets is strictly utilized to reflect your individual user context following a secure OAuth authorization sequence.
You maintain absolute control over the retention of your data. You may initiate a complete and permanent erasure of your user profile, cached data structures, and configuration layouts at any time. To execute an account deletion, you must utilize the dedicated "Delete Account" option found within the Application's settings menu or submit a formal deletion request via email to our support infrastructure at hello@alytica.app. All historically cached analytics metrics, configuration settings for your Widgets, and associated Scoped User IDs stored within our backend systems will be permanently and irreversibly purged from our active databases. Residual or fragmented data existing within encrypted database backups will be completely overwritten or rendered permanently unrecoverable within thirty (30) days in the ordinary course of our automated server backup lifecycle. We reserve the right to automatically expunge and delete your cached data records without prior notice if:
Your account context remains completely inactive, and your configuration data fails to request a single Widget refresh for a continuous period exceeding ninety (90) days.
Alytica’s developer credentials or API keys are disconnected, restricted, or revoked by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc., rendering the processing of your associated data legally or technically impossible.
The Application, its backend infrastructure, and any associated Widgets are provided to you on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alytica disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that the analytical data pulled from third-party APIs will be perfectly accurate, complete, or refreshed in real-time. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Alytica, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses. This includes any damages resulting from:
Your use of or inability to use the Application or its Widgets;
Any modifications, changes, or technical rate-limiting imposed by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. that alters the availability of your data;
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data stemming from compromised third-party authentication credentials; or
Server downtime, widget rendering lag, or complete data expungement executed under these Terms.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the total amount paid by you to Alytica for the Premium Services (if any) during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. These Terms and your use of the Application are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Application shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New South Wales, Australia. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The failure of Alytica to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
